So, you’ve decided you have a few questions. Well, below we have put together some of the queries we hear of from time to time. However if you cannot find your answer below please feel free to call us on 02 9439 0145 and one of our expert consultants will answer your query.

Why Should we book through you?

We do this for a living. We guarantee 9 times out of 10 you will not be able to beat our price, So you have the choice of going it alone, paying more for what you do & having to deal with all the stress, time & effort or just leave everything to us, where we take care of everything for you, for no charge.

 

We LOVE the package we’ve found but some guests can’t come until later…

Usually this isn’t a problem. Most of our combo packages can be broken down into individual components so if guests can only attend certain parts of the event they won’t have to pay extra! Just have a chat with one of our friendly consultants about the package breakdown.

 

What about accommodation, getting to & from and everything else!?

We offer the full service! Enquire with us about accommodation, bus transfers, limos & hummers and also the possibility of adding a “special performance” to your package!

 

We’ve decided what we want to do, how do we make a booking?

To make a booking, all you need is to contact us & let us know what it is you wish to do. We then book everything for you & take care of all necessary arrangements. We only need rough numbers to begin with. To confirm a booking, all we need is a $10.00 per person deposit (subject to venue).

 

Is the deposit refundable?

The deposit is fully refundable up to 2 weeks prior to departure (subject to venue).

 

Can guests make individual payments?

Unfortunately due to the sheer volume of payments we receive every day we do not accept individual payments. Please collect the money from your friends & make payments as a lump sum.

 

OK, I’ve paid my deposit, what happens now?

We confirm all the bookings made & call you to make sure that you are happy with the times & venues etc which have been booked for you.

 

What else do I have to do?

We take care of all the organising for you. All you have to do is confirm final numbers, AT LEAST 14 days before you are set to go. Then collect the money from the party goers & make the final invoice payment .

 

When is final payment required?

At least 14 days before you depart we will require exact numbers of people going. We will then send you a final invoice for the amount of people going. The final payment must be made 2 weeks prior to departure otherwise you may lose your booking. Unfortunately in many cases we cannot do anything about this as it is the activity or accommodation providers that require the full payments to be made and may cancel bookings if they do not receive the payments in time.
We also send you out a full itinerary, giving you full details of where you will be going & what you will be doing, with times & addresses of venues etc.
There are no refunds in the last 2 weeks.
