Saturday Morning:

Why not really get away from it all in the luscious surroundings of the ‘Hunter Valley’ – enjoy a wine escape.

You should try to arrive at your accommodation at Potters Brewery by 10:30am.

Once you have checked-in to your accommodation, it is time for you to relax.


At 11.15am, your coach awaits to take you on your very own private Wine Vineyard tour. Sit back and relax in Air-conditioned comfort as the coach travels through the Hunter Valley.

You will visit a range of 4 different wineries, from small family owned and operated vineyards, to the more familiar larger wineries, of course testing the regions finest at each stop. Lunch is also included at the Goldfish Restaurant in the Roche Estate Complex

You will then be taken back to your accommodation by around 5.00pm.


Saturday Evening:

You will enjoy a delicious dinner with the girls in the bistro; you will receive a voucher for 1 main meal per person.


You will have your own reserved table, decked out nicely in party attire.

Then party hard with our Retro Disco & karaoke in the Lounge Bar til late.


Sunday Morning:

After a lazy lay-in, it is time to head back to reality.

**Hens Special**

Accommodation is in the “Hens Room”.  Everyone gets their own bed & it is dorm style accommodation. Talk to us about upgrading to Villa Rooms or Self contained apartments!



A deposit of $20 pp pmade withing a week of your booking. (min deposit $300)

Availability is not guaranteed until the deposit has been received. The number of seats you book initially, may be an estimate and can be changed until 30 days before your party.

Finalising your booking:

Final numbers & final payment are required 30 days prior to the event. At this time, the deposit is deducted from the total amount owing, so if your numbers have changed – you will not lose any money

please be aware changes in numbers may change your quoted price

The Hotel charges cancellation fees within 30 days of the booking date if changes need to be made.


Deposit refunds with accommodation are done on a case by case basis depending on the time of cancellation and the venue
